Hi everyone, I am Anthony and I am from Hong Kong, China. I am now living in Hong Kong, which is one of the top 10 busiest cities in the world. So, stress is very common in here. I myself also experience stress from time to time. I still remember the time when I was stressed due to working under tight deadlines. I also do not forget the time when I was under pressure due to public examination for getting into university.
I hold a Master of Public Health degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. That’s why I understand how stress can adversely impact my health if I don’t Relieve My Stress. Stress without relief can cause headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and problems sleeping.
So, it is important to know how to relieve stress.
When I was searching for ways to relieve stress, I came across many websites claiming that their ways could reduce stress. I tried many of them but I found out that some of them were ineffective. I also realized that it was difficult to search for them because the effective solutions were being distributed on many different websites. I believe you also have the same feelings as mine!

I know how it feels being stressed and desperately searching for solutions. Because I have similar experience before and I don’t want others to suffer from this again.
